Baron Fava to Mr. Hill.

[Telegram.]

Having been instructed by my Government to reorganize the Italian immigration bureau before December 30, it is necessary that I should be informed without delay whether the scheme mentioned in my letter 14th1 instant to Mr. Adee finds no objection.

I ask in favor of the agent of the Italian consulate but the same admission to Barge Office under under the same conditions granted to the agent of the Austrian consulate.

Please wire me. Thanks.

Baron Fava.
