Dear Sir: I am in receipt of your letter of the 23d ultimo, regarding the case against the murderer of my father, E. A. Murray. Kindly inform me what is [Page 255] necessary to procure counsel to assist the State in the prosecution. My address will be here in Pittsburg, Tex., from now on, so you can address any and all letters to me here and I will receive them.
