Legation’s requests for transit licenses to Russia now being granted by Swedish Government on the condition that Legation furnish certificate to the effect that nothing stands in the way of exportation to Sweden from America during the current year of equivalent quantity of goods for Swedish consumption together with declaration from shipper committing himself to exportation of goods in question.
