14. Tour instruction number 34, February 7, regarding protocol of arbitration Landreau claim. This draft is satisfactory and the Peruvian Government prepared to sign on the return of the Minister for Foreign Affairs from three weeks vacation. Only change necessary will be substitution for the first six words of twelfth article the following: “the amount granted by the award if any.” It is held that any finding would be an award.18
