Your 36, October 8, 6 p.m. I am informed by the Minister of Foreign Affairs that within a few days the budget will come up for debate and that there is a fair chance that the Government will also submit the Colombian-Peruvian boundary treaty to this session of Congress, which comes to an end the latter part of November. From the Minister of Foreign Affairs I receive the impression that the Government intends to ratify the treaty now if possible.
