Your 52, March 23, 2 p.m. The Department would view with satisfaction any arrangement acceptable to both Honduras and Nicaragua, but considers inadvisable any attempt to influence the negotiations for the present at least until the views of both parties are more concretely defined so that it would be possible to work towards a solution agreeable to both.
