The Secretary of State to the Minister in Switzerland ( Wilson )

25. Your letter of April 6 to Dunn.2 We would like to have your views on Norman Davis’3 proceeding to Geneva for meeting of Disarmament Bureau May 6. Decision has been left to Mr. Davis. While this Government has no desire to take any initiative at Bureau meeting, we do not desire that any impression should be given of any lack of interest on our part in the question.
