The Greek Minister ( Diamantopoulos ) to the Secretary of State

The Minister of Greece presents his compliments to His Excellency the Secretary of State and has the honor to enclose herewith two applications62 for license to export arms, ammunition, or implements [Page 576] of war, for Mr. M. Cavalliotis, agent of the Aegean Trading Company, 154 Nassau Street, New York City, acting for the Greek Government for the supply of war materials, with the request that same be transmitted to the appropriate authorities.

The Minister of Greece wishes to express his thanks to His Excellency the Secretary of State for his good offices in this matter.
