163. My 124, July 16, 4 p.m. The Embassy has been unable to continue the nationality agreement negotiations in spite of frequent inquiries because the dossier is still in the hands of the Minister of Foreign Affairs who informed the Ambassador on September 19 that he hoped to be able to study it in the near future. I took the matter up again today with the Assistant Secretary General who promised to do what he could to get the Minister to act on it.
