1108. My telegram No. 1093, August 16, 3 [2] p.m.67 The Interventor is here and has seen President Vargas. He says that President Vargas approves in principle the sale of Vasp with the idea of eventually incorporating it into an all-inclusive national Brazilian company.
The Interventor suggests that the question of price be now taken up. However, as the Department is aware the Washington end of this business is not yet all clear.
