As our conference beginning on July 15 at Berlin will probably be continuing before the British election results are made known, I think it well to bring with me Mr. Attlee, the official leader of the opposition, in order that full continuity of British policy may be assured. I have informed Premier Stalin of my intention in similar terms.2
