288. London’s telegram 1154, February 20. Embassy is not aware of any undertaking “to make satisfactory arrangements with Brazil in the matter of reparations outside the scope of the Paris Act”.

This Embassy will be interested in learning if any conversations this regard were carried on either Washington or London.
