Editorial Note

Among the subjects discussed by the Foreign Ministers at their meetings in London, May 11–13, was the Austrian Treaty. Working from the tripartite report prepared by the Deputies for Austria, the Ministers agreed on the text of a declaration for Austria which was released to the press on May 19.
