165. Editorial Note
Between January 20 and 23, President Arturo Frondizi, accompanied by senior Argentine officials, paid a State visit to the United States. President Frondizi had conversations with President Eisenhower, Secretary Dulles, and other administration officials. During his visit, Frondizi addressed a joint meeting of Congress.
