223. Editorial Note
On November 25, 1961, Aleksei Adzhubei, editor of Izvestiia, interviewed President Kennedy. About half of the interview concerned Berlin, with the President reiterating the U.S. position that Allied rights of access to the city were the basic consideration for the United States.
