three resolutions passed by the plenary session yesterday:

- Organizing a national defense council and appointing 18 members as follows: Li Tsung Jen, Pai Chung Hsi, Chen Chi Tang, Liu Chi, Chang Hsueh Liang, Sung Che Yuan, Han Fu Chu, Ho Cheng Chun, Ku Chu Tung, Liu Hsiang, Lung Yun, Ho Chien, Chiang Ting Wen, Yang Hu Cheng, Chu Shao Liang, Hsü Yung Chang, Fu Tso Yi, and Yu Han Mou;
- (2)
- Appointing Yu Han Mu Pacification Commissioner for Kwangtung to replace Chen Chi Tang, and Li Tsung Jen and Pai Chung Hsi Pacification Commissioner and Vice Commissioner for Kwangsi;
- (3)
- Reappointing the present Provincial Chairmen of Kwangtung and Kwangsi.73
