General Count Faubert, former minister plenipotentiary from Hayti to Rome, and his son, Fenelon Faubert, secretary of the Haytian legation to Madrid, present to the United States minister plenipotentiary in Paris the expression of their sincere sympathy, and the horror they felt on hearing the news of the double assassination of President Lincoln and Mr. Seward, Secretary of State.
