The Chancery of Grisons to the Bund.

Mr. Editor: As the report of the votes of this canton was late coming to hand, we have not been able hitherto to inform you of the result. In answer to yours of the 15th instant, we have the honor to say that the address of sympathy and condolence from the citizens of the Swiss Confederation to the American Union is fully approved of, as far as we can learn. Official reports from several places have not yet been received, but we have no doubt they will accord with the sentiments expressed in the Berne address.
