Have libeled steamer Commodore and cargo, under section 5283, and have had arrested for violation of section 5286 John G. Dillon, master; George H. Martin, first officer; Frank p. Grain, second officer; Manuel Hendio, cook; John B. Vanivie, chief engineer; and Mark Reilley, assistant engineer. Can you furnish any evidence in regard to the shipment of arms and ammunition or the connection of Charles Raymond or any of above parties with same?
