Excellency: I have the honor to acknowledge the receipt of your excellency’s note, No. 422, of the 10th instant, transmitting clippings from the San Antonio Light and Gazette, of the 20th and 21st ultimo, respectively, which, you state, show the character of the acts of Francisco I. Madero.

In reply I have the honor to state that a copy of your excellency’s note, together with its inclosures, has been sent to the Attorney General for his information.
