Washington, February 7, 1911.

According to report received by the Department, Dr. Bush, of El Paso, Tex., an American citizen, while working under the Red Cross flag, attending wounded in revolutionary camp near Juarez, with permit from the military authorities of the Mexican Government, was repeatedly fired upon yesterday by Government soldiers.

Advise foreign office and request that action to prevent recurrence be taken.
