Exiled Zelayistas in Costa Rica headed by Irias and supplemented by Estrada Cabrera are about to move against Nicaragua. Seven machine guns for them are coming from New Orleans. The foregoing is reported by the Nicaraguan chargé d’affaires in Costa Rica.
