The Secretary of State to the Ambassador in Germany (Gerard)

[Telegram]

3101. Your 4001, June 15, 2 p. m. In order to make position of Department definite, it would be better if it could state that Doctor Taylor’s report was published with consent of German authorities. Ascertain whether German authorities will give such consent and report earliest possible moment.1
