Your July 13, 11 a.m.2 Shipping Board has designated you as its agent to accept the title of the German interned ships in Cuba. When ships are handed over to you, convey to the Cuban Government an, expression of the gratification of this Government for the generous action of the Cuban Government in promptly placing at our disposal, the ships in question.
