Sir: I have the honour to inform you that Mr. Thomas Royden and Mr. Salter, officials of the British Government who are coining to this country to consult with the United States Shipping Board, will arrive at New York on the S.S. Adriatic probably in the course of the present week.
I should be very grateful if you would be so kind as to cause the usual customs and other facilities to be granted to these two gentlemen.
