National Legislative Assembly yesterday passed bill authorizing each bank to set aside 10,000,000 pesos of a new issue for a fund to be used in agricultural and building loans at 4 per cent. It now awaits presidential approval which will be given as the measure is of his own making. This means sixty millions additional in controvertible [convertible] paper.
