3. Department informed that William H. Bricker, who recently escaped from Argentine authorities while being held on extradition request of the United States, has been found in Paraguay. Request [Page 628] Bricker’s provisional arrest and detention, with view to extradition on charge of perjury, stating that warrant has been issued from a United States Court for his arrest on this charge.
