49. Mission will terminate night of 11th. Porter, General Bullard, Miss Bullard, Goodwillie and Miss Herman will remain.25 I will return with the rest of mission on the Maryland probably sailing morning 12th. I assume that no arrangement has been made with Shipping Board which would expose Government to any expense by reason of the cancelation of reservations American Legion. Please inform Secretary of the Navy.
