Consular corps to-day personally received assurances from Military Governor Wu that order would be maintained Harbin and railway zone. He brought 1,000 troops with him yesterday and 1,500 additional arrived this afternoon from Shanhaikuan. He plans to send 5,000 troops against 3,000 mutineers and alleged brigands. Harbin quiet but inhabitants worried. Legation informed.
