Your undated telegrams received September 9 and September 13.
Ratifications Customs Treaty, pursuant to which Commission is proceeding, not deposited as provided Article 10 and consequently treaty not in force. However, Department will interpose no objections to publication revised schedule in manner indicated your September 13 pending deposit of ratifications provided schedule is accepted by all of the interested governments.
