410. Wu Pei-fu arrived Tientsin noon today with some of his troops apparently expecting to effect agreement with troops of Chi Hsieh-yuan coming north. I believe Wu has left force to confront Chang Tso-lin at Shanhaikwan and intends trying to reestablish himself in Peking.
