My telegram number 25, January 14, 10 a.m. I am reliably informed that Japanese Minister addressed to the Chinese Government, January 14th, a note protesting against transaction of commercial business with France by French wireless station at Yünnanfu, and with Germany by station at Mukden, reasserting claim to 30-year monopoly.
