Sir: I have the honour to refer to my note No. 684 of November 2nd last94 on the subject of liquor smuggling cooperation and to inform you of the receipt of a communication from His Majesty’s Government to the effect that they have issued appropriate instructions direct to His Majesty’s Representatives at Mexico City, Tegucigalpa and Panama as well as to His Majesty’s Consular officers at Rotterdam, Lisbon and Havre, in accordance with the request contained in your note No, 711.419/24595 of October 28th last.
