Reference to Department’s circular telegrams of January 25, 4 p.m., and February 1, 7 p.m., Foreign Office informs me that in accordance with a request received from the Brazilian Government, Haitian Government sent to Peruvian Minister for Foreign Affairs, on January 28 last, a telegram along the lines indicated in Department’s circular under reference.
