I have received a written order from His Excellency, Marshal Graziani, that in view of the situation which has developed since my interview with him, he finds himself obliged to close for a period of [Page 299] 15 days the radio stations of the four Legations possessing them. I have complied with his request but have obtained authorization to continue to receive messages. Beginning today I shall therefore send my messages via Italian radio.
