Department’s instruction of June 27, 7 p.m. The Minister for Foreign Affairs states that his Government cannot express an opinion until it has had time to study the exact copy of the proposed legislation. If the Department will kindly forward same by air mail I will endeavor to obtain an expression of opinion as quickly as possible.
