For Long from Murphy.82 After thorough investigation of facilities for the repatriation of destitute American citizens now in France Wiley states that adequate space will be available from Lisbon on steamers of American Export Line. Wiley states that preliminary survey shows accommodations available as follows: January 17th 65 persons; January 24th 30 persons; January 31st 50 persons; February 4th 150 persons. [Murphy.]
