22. Officially informed a commission consisting of seven Italian naval officers arrived at Bizerte July 7 and is still there owing to suspension armistice terms regarding disarmament French Mediterranean ports.
British Consular Corps left Tunis July 10 but French permission for this Consulate to represent British interests not yet received.
