Your 102, October 5, 9 a.m. Embassy at Vichy has been informed that through armistice commission and other missions the Italians are causing the French “all possible trouble” in Syria and elsewhere. In Syria Italians are said, among other things, to have endeavored to stir up trouble among the natives.
