ReEmbs 244, January 26, 7 p.m. Calling on me April 23 Greek Ambassador stated that as the Soviet Government had not replied to Greek request for representative to Bulgarian ACC he had received instructions from Athens to ask permission for station in liaison office at Sofia to maintain contact with ACC there.
