2374. Final paragraph your 3903, Nov. 20. For your information and use in your discretion, Commanding General China Theater reported on 10 Nov that due to unsettled conditions in China it would not be possible to send Chinese occupational forces to Japan for several months and that “the Gimo34 regrets very much inability to participate and will do so should local situation clarify”.
