Urtel 2572 Jun 9.1 Since all negotiations carried on Rome between Emb and Ital Govt Dept desires you arrange with Govt payment costs and charges incurred in accord Mar 25 agreement MinDefense.2 [Page 802] Your MA and NA shd obtain exact figures total amount involved. Since Dept gave assurances defense services here Itals would effect reimbursement prior July 1, 1948 request you make every effort arrange complete transfer funds before that date.3
