Aside from British who have sent second note maintaining illegality Chinese action closing Chinese territorial waters, so far as I can ascertain, French and Italians have followed line similar ours. Cantel 673, July 17[1] repeated Nanking 451, Shanghai 386. Portuguese have refrained even from acknowledging receipt FonOff message and according FonOff certain South American countries have agreed on legality Chinese measures as has also Greece.
