My Dear Mr. Dickinson: Reference is made to our telephone conversation of a few days ago at which time you indicated that you would be available for an informal interdepartmental conference on territorial waters.

We have arranged for representatives of other interested departments of the government to come to Mr. Fisher’s office, Room 4264 New State Department Building, at 2:00 p. m. on November 8, 1950. We will look forward to seeing you at that time. I have arranged for travel requisitions to be sent to you.
