Department concerned deteriorating trend our relations GOI in broad context need to continue aid in support economic progress and India’s role in Korea (Embtel 209).2 On basis indication in Embtel 2153 that GOI may be prepared carry out effective administrative controls, US Government exploring all possible means avoiding aid termination this single transaction.
