386. Editorial Note

On April 11, the United States and Pakistan concluded a new agreement under Title I of Public Law 480. Under the agreement, the United States agreed to provide Pakistan with approximately $72.2 million worth of wheat and wheat products and ocean transportation. The agreement, which was effected by an exchange of notes, was signed in Karachi by Ambassador Rountree and Finance Minister Shoaib; for text, see 11 UST (pt. 2) 1352.
