312. Editorial Note

The Protocol for the Further Prolongation of the International Sugar Agreement was adopted in London on November 1, 1965. The United States signed the Protocol, which was negotiated as an executive agreement, on December 23, and it entered into force for the United States on January 1, 1966. The Protocol extended the International Sugar Agreement until December 31, 1966. For text, see 16 UST 1961; TIAS 5933.
