672. Yesterday morning I had an interview with General Pablo Gonzalez and I was very favorably impressed with the utterances he made in regard to his intentions. He gave me every facility to obtain the reestablishment of cable communication. Also to do what he could to help the work of the International Belief Committee. The city is very quiet and absolute order prevails.
