The information given here as to the meeting and the participants is taken from the Log, ante, p. 294. No record of the subjects discussed at [Page 308] this dinner meeting has been found. For post-conference documents indicating that Roosevelt discussed the future status of Hong Kong with Churchill at Cairo, see post, pp. 887, 888. There is no indication of the particular meeting at Cairo in which this discussion took place.
