Editorial Note
At the meeting of the General Committee on November 10 at 2:30 p. m., the substance of the draft resolution agreed upon at the bipartite and tripartite meetings, November 5 and 6, was presented in the form of a motion by the Thai delegate (Prince Wan). On November 13, after some debate, the General Assembly in plenary session adopted the Report of the General Committee (UN Doc. A/1950), which included the recommendation of the Committee that the Chinese representation question be postponed.
